These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QA Copilot(the "Service"), operated at qacopilot.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QA Copilot accepts requirements text you provide (such as a PRD, acceptance criteria, or ticket description) and uses a third-party AI model to generate structured test cases. Generated content is AI-produced, may contain errors or omissions, and should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in any test plan, release process, or production decision. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of generated output.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qacopilot.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the requirements text and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content through our AI provider solely to generate output for you. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content containing sensitive personal data, credentials, or secrets.
The free plan includes a limited number of generations. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or usage limits with notice posted on the Service or sent to your account email.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate content for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; or interfere with its normal operation.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QA Copilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
